The story about the couple that left the $1000 tip really stood out to me because it very much gave a picture of the difficulties restaurants have faced reopening after COVID as well as just hiring enough workers to keep things going. Supply chain issues have also loomed large and is a very important story. Great job overall of showing how the community and local businesses are entwined.
